Self-Organized OptionOver the years, many Summer Institute participants have come to realize that they learn at least as much from each other as from the formal presenters. In fact, many attendees are qualified to lead modules themselves. You can use this year's self-organized option to pose your questions, present your own case, and engage others in the inquiry that matters to you. You will have an opportunity to meet online preceding the program and then self-organize on-site for the week's five three-hour sessions. Use the ALIA program container and a dynamic learning community to move your leadership questions and challenges to the next level. Choosing the self-organized option reduces your program fee. |
