“In my coaching interview which took place during the program I learned the most amazing thing: that "I donīt know" is a valid answer to a question or any kind of situation. This is absolutely life-changing for me, it has caused a shift in the way that it creates so much more space. The pressure of needing to have the right answer is decreasing and that softens me and gives me more space to listen to others better.”

“Attending the Shambhala Summer Institute was an extraordinary learning experience. To say the least, the quality of the discourse was profound and memorable. And, just like me, everyone seemed to be having the time of their lives. This was brain food for the most refined and demanding of palates.”

—Douglas Coughlin, Manager, Canada Public Service Agency
