Coaching

One-on-one business and life coaching will help you make the most of your program experience and then maintain the momentum of your learning in your home setting. Institute-affiliated coaches are professionally certified, have attended previous Institute programs, and have applied the principles and practices of Authentic Leadership in Action in their own context.

Format:

Four one-hour sessions– one face-to face and three sessions on the phone as follows.

Session 1, Before arriving. Clarify your learning goals, so that you are prepared to make the best use of your program experience.

Session 2, During the program. Meet with your coach to further establish the relationship, monitor progress, make any needed course-corrections, and begin to work on your implementation plan.

Session 3, Two-week follow-up. Reflect on the re-immersion process, review your goals, and refresh your intention.

Session 4, Three-month follow-up. Evaluate progress, explore current questions and challenges, set new goals.
