Integral Development: A Systemic Path for Unfolding Leadership in Ourselves and Others

with Sarita Chawla and James Flaherty

In these complex and fragmented times, there is a call to unify our personal and professional lives as leaders. Our level of development determines how well we can lead, work with unpredictable change, as well as be fulfilled in our work and personal life.

In this experiential, participatory workshop, we will study the most germane approaches for deepening our own development as leaders and developing more effective leadership skills and competencies in others. We will explore Integral Coaching methodologies for uncovering impediments and engage in customized practices that catalyze our development.

As leaders we each bring a uniqueness to our work. Therefore, in this module you will discover what works best for you and your organization, and how best to coach and support others as they explore the depth and complexity of their lives. You will come away with your own plan for moving forward and greater skill in fostering the development of others.

Participation in this module satisfies the continuing education requirement for Integral Coach recertification for New Ventures West.
