The level of embodiment ofrom where she teaches is inspirational and models what's possible after time and practice. In my own leadership practice, working in challenging situations and cultivating trust, this work has been deeply generative and useful. Learning from a person that dedicates their way of life and teaching in what they teach is a wonderful opportunity to deepen into your own cultivation of leadership and somatic intelligence. I highly recommend any opportunity to work with Ms. Palmer and the Conscious Embodiment processes of centering and leading from embodied intelligence and compassion. She is right - this way of being will be necessary for leading in our interdependent and stress-filled world.
