Wendy is a delight to learn from. The level of embodiment ofrom where she teaches is inspirational and models what's possible after time and practice. In my own leadership practice, working in challenging situations and cultivating trust, this work has been deeply generative and useful. Learning from a person that dedicates their way of life and teaching in what they teach is a wonderful opportunity to deepen into your own cultivation of leadership and somatic intelligence.

Wendy Palmer's teachings on somatic intelligence come from decades of her own disciplined exploration of embodied awareness and practice with
accomplished Aikido masters as well as her students. I highly recommend any opportunity to work with Ms. Palmer and the Conscious Embodiment processes of centering and leading from embodied intelligence and compassion. She is right - this way of being will be necessary for leading in our interdependent and stress-filled world.
